I tried a new recipe for Blueberry Oat Muffins. The curious thing about these was that they didn’t use the whole egg. It was just the whites. I had these yolks left over and nuthin to do with them. I liked the way this one managed to plop itself right into a photo op.

Taking “egg” pictures brought me right back to one of my very first photo assignments in high school. I think this one turned out better than any of the ones I did back then!
