Dinner prep…olive oil, rosemary and sea salt. We roasted a chicken for supper and I added similar flavors to the chicken plus parsley — I just love parsley. It seems to make everything better. I stuffed the chicken with onions and carrots. The veggies and herbs give the chicken a savory aroma. We used the chicken to make Chicken Bacon Ranch subs. Deeelish! The leftover chicken will make excellent quesadillas!
