New week – new meal plan.
Now, you know that whole balance, healthy eating, whole foods things I’m working on…
These chili dogs and nachos kind of break that plan. But the good news is that 1 – this is my husband’s plate. I don’t eat two chili dogs in one sitting! (Actually I just ate a big ol helping of nachos! No chili dog for me this time.) And 2 – my nachos were LOADED with avocados, tomatoes, and fresh peppers. So although my guts were coated with fake cheese, at least there was some produce to help balance the whole thing out!
