So if you’ve ever noticed a photo of bacon pancakes (like this) then you’ll recognize why my family and I had to try these!
Pretty self explanatory; fry bacon, set aside. Pour your favorite pancake batter over a slice of bacon at a time; I used half a bacon slice for each pancake. Once you flip the pancake over for the first time you can see the bacon is baked right in!
They were a hit.
Those little black specs are bacon remnants… I used the same pan to make the pancakes that I fried the bacon on. 😉
